What we collect

• Details you enter in our contact form, enquiry form, Home Upgrade Checker or Landlord Ready walkthrough, such as your name, phone number, email, postcode and details about the property.
• For the Home Upgrade Checker only: an approximate household income band and whether anyone receives means-tested benefits, used only to tailor the checker’s indicative result.

How it reaches us

This website does not store form entries on a server. When you press send, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message or an email on your own device, and only reach us if you choose to send that message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange the surveys, reports or works you ask for, and keep appropriate business records. We do not use checker answers for marketing.

Our lawful basis

When you choose to send us an enquiry, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. If you become a client, we use your information as needed to carry out the work you have asked for and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to provide a service you have asked for (with your agreement) or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, unless a client relationship follows. For clients, we keep records for as long as needed for the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@alphaperformancesolutions.co.uk. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
