What is retrofit coordination by a Level 5 qualified Retrofit Coordinator?
Retrofit coordination takes a whole-house approach to domestic retrofit. Coordination means assessing the building as a system, identifying risks (including moisture and ventilation), and producing a clear, sequenced improvement plan rather than isolated measures.
Do you only work in London?
No. We’re based in Greenwich and cover all of London, plus Dartford and other DA postcodes.
What does a damp and mould report include?
A root-cause focused assessment of moisture issues, consideration of ventilation and cold surfaces, and a clear, prioritised list of recommended actions. Reports are written so landlords and homeowners can act on them.
What landlord certificates can you provide?
We provide EPCs, inventory and condition reports, and damp & mould reports for rented properties, and arrange electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) through our partner qualified electricians. Call or WhatsApp with the property address and what you need for a clear next step.
