What is PAS 2035 retrofit coordination?
PAS 2035 sets out a whole-house approach to domestic retrofit. Coordination means assessing the building as a system, identifying risks (including moisture and ventilation), and producing a clear, sequenced improvement plan rather than isolated measures.
Do you only work in London?
Yes. We are based in London and focus on properties across the capital. That keeps our knowledge of local housing stock practical and relevant.
What does a damp and mould report include?
